Mr. Bartlett, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Our patients experience is very important to us and we are always striving to do better. We understand that you were unhappy with the additional testing that was performed and the copays that were charged. We pride ourselves on giving very thorough, comprehensive eye examinations and if we are ever suspicious of any active ocular disease processes, we usually recommend additional testing to rule them out. Unfortunately, some of these additional tests require copays that are dictated by a patients insurance company. We recommend these tests and follow-ups to protect your eyes to the best of our ability, but patients are always welcome to decline additional testing at any time. We hope youll understand that we were only trying to give you exceptional care and hope that you will allow us to do so again in the future.

Went in for a routine eye exam, which under my Medicare Advantage plan is fully covered with no copay (and I've never paid a dime with my previous eye doctor). They performed unnecessary tests, charged me $95 for my visit, then scheduled me back in a week for a glaucoma screening and another $25 copay ( medicare covers glaucoma screenings), then wanted me back every three months for additional glaucoma screenings even though I don't have the disease. Avoid this place like the plague.

Do not visit this shop. I waited over 1.5 hours to see the doctor, no apologies, no reason why it took so long. Doctor came in, didnt even introduce herself, gave me my rx and was out in 5 minutes. I ordered glasses and they took over 3 weeks. I do not even have high prescriptions. I will never go back. And never recommend this place to anyone else
